As the Director of Business Development, you will provide leadership for our marketing team and oversee the development and execution of strategies that support our mission and growth goals.

What You'll Do

As the Director of Business Development, you will lead organization-wide marketing and business development efforts. Responsibilities include:

• Managing and overseeing all daily marketing operations and initiatives.
• Providing leadership, guidance, and direct supervision to members of the marketing team.
• Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans designed to achieve growth objectives.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, payer organizations, and community partners.
• Identifying opportunities for service expansion and market growth.
• Collaborating with clinical leadership to promote specialty programs and services.
• Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and healthcare industry developments.
• Managing departmental resources and supporting budget and census goals.
• Representing Preceptor Home Health & Hospice in the community and enhancing brand awareness.
• Evaluating the effectiveness and return on investment of marketing efforts.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, but not required.
• Minimum of three years of healthcare marketing management experience is preferred.
• Proven leadership experience supervising and developing team members.
• Strong business development, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and public relations abilities.
• Strategic thinker with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-driven professional.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation preferred.
