What you'll do: Advance CCS’s strategic pillars of Partnership Model, Geographic Discipline, and Market Diversification by fostering early involvement, focusing on ideal project pursuits, and building sustainable, referral-driven partnerships.
Develop and Maintain Strategic Relationships
Develop strategic partnerships with owners, architects, designers, community leaders, trade partners, and referral sources to expand business opportunities.
Advance Geographic Growth
Identify and pursue opportunities that align with CCS’s geographic reach, project scale, and strategic partnership criteria to support sustainable growth.
Manage Brand Strategy and Marketing
Oversee and execute comprehensive marketing efforts across content, collateral, digital platforms, events, and industry engagement to elevate CCS’s brand and visibility.
Drive Pipeline Growth and Performance
Utilize the CRM system to track opportunities, measure performance indicators, set strategic objectives, and analyze results that drive growth.
Represent CCS
Represent CCS at industry conferences, networking events, and trade organizations, highlighting company accomplishments and community involvement to enhance brand awareness.
What you bring:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, business or related field (engineering experience preferred)
5-10+ years of experience in construction project management or business development (GC experience preferred)
Strong strategic judgement to pursue the right opportunities and decline the wrong ones
