About the opportunityStaffMed Health Partners is conducting a confidential search for a growing, PE backed home care company that provides private duty nursing (PDN) to medically complex adults and children across six states. - Drive the local team to execute when a case is coming out tomorrow.

- A track record you can state in numbers: weekly gross profit when you started, weekly gross profit today, and admissions year to date.
- Referrals that come directly from hospitals.
- Working knowledge of NC Medicaid PDN, including prior approval, the 180 day authorization cycle, and caregiver requirements. TRICARE and CHAMPVA experience is a plus.
- A competitive drive and a clear motivation to earn. Former athletes do well in this seat.
