Director of Business Technology

Today, we're making a significant investment in the technology that supports our business. 

We're expanding the capabilities of NetSuite, launching a powerful new CRM, Sales and Website platform with embedded AI, and giving our employees the tools they need to work smarter, collaborate more effectively, and better serve our customers. 

We're looking for a hands-on Director of Business Technology who wants to help us unlock the full potential of these investments. 

This is not a traditional IT Director role. 

We're looking for a builder. Someone who enjoys solving business problems through technology. 

One day you may be creating a NetSuite SuiteScript or building an executive dashboard. The next, you may be working with our Sales team on a new CRM workflow, helping integrate systems, identifying opportunities to leverage AI, or training employees on better ways to use technology. 

You'll manage one internal IT professional and work closely with outside consultants and technology partners. But this is a working leadership position. We're looking for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and making things better. 
 

 What You'll Help Build 

• Expand and optimize our NetSuite ERP environment. 
• Lead the continued evolution of our new CRM, Sales and Website platform. 
• Introduce practical AI solutions that improve productivity across the company. 
• Build dashboards, workflows, automation and reporting that help people make better decisions. 
• Strengthen integrations between our business systems. 
• Help employees embrace technology with confidence. 
• Continually look for better, smarter ways of working. 

The Technology Environment Our core platforms include: 

• NetSuite ERP 
• CRM, Sales & Website Platform 
• AI-powered business tools 
• E-commerce platform 
• Productivity & collaboration suite 
• Warehouse management system (WMS) 
• Shipping & fulfillment platform 
• Payment processing platform 
• EDI and third-party integrations 

Work Environment 

This role is based in our Elmsford, NY office on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote). Occasional availability outside standard business hours may be required to support vendor escalations, system cutovers, or critical incidents. 
 

We're Looking For Someone Who... 

• Has extensive hands-on NetSuite experience, including SuiteScript development. 
• Thinks like a business partner, not just a technologist. 
• Enjoys solving problems and improving processes. 
• Communicates exceptionally well with both technical and non-technical teams. 
• Is naturally curious and excited about emerging technologies, including AI. 
• Likes teaching, coaching and helping others succeed. 
• Wants to make a meaningful impact in a growing entrepreneurial company. 

Required 

• Extensive hands-on NetSuite experience, including SuiteScript development; OneWorld multi-subsidiary experience strongly preferred. 
• 5+ years of progressive technology leadership or senior hands-on technical experience, ideally in a mid-sized product, retail, or consumer goods company.

Salary Range: $150,000 - $175,000 / annually
