Our client is seeking a Director of Case Management for a newly opened position in Mayfield, KY. The role requires in-person reporting to a specific location and does not require travel. This is a senior-level, full-time, permanent, direct-hire opportunity requiring active RN licensure and case management leadership experience.

Must-Have

• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse
• Need to have ACMA - Accredited Case Manager Certification, or must obtain within 2 years of hire
• Case Management experience required

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Leadership experience in Case Management preferred
