Our client is conducting a search for a Director of Case Management to lead case management operations at their Mayfield, KY facility. This is a newly opened, full-time permanent senior leadership position reporting in-person to a single location; remote work and visa sponsorship are not available for this role.

Must-Have

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN)
• ACMA Accredited Case Manager Certification, or ability to obtain within 2 years of hire
• Case Management experience required

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Leadership experience in Case Management.
