We’re looking for a Director of Catering (Beyond the Restaurant - BTR) to lead our catering, delivery, and community partnership efforts at our Shawnee location. Your Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all BTR operations — catering deliveries, pickups, and ADPs — ensuring excellence, care, and attention to detail
• Recruit, lead, and coach our BTR Captain team
• Foster strong community relationships and find new ways to engage guests
• Collaborate with the leadership team to support overall business health and smooth operations

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communicator and coach who builds trust with teams and guests
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented leader
• Dependable, with strong follow-through and a drive for excellence
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to systems and tools
• Experience in catering, logistics, or operations is a plus
• Willingness to work flexibly and travel between locations
• Physically able to lift 10-25 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
