As the Director of Claims Operations, you'll lead the strategies, people, and processes that keep our Claims organization running efficiently, compliantly, and consistently. You'll oversee claims administration, quality assurance, compliance, training, and operational excellence while partnering closely with Claims leadership to drive continuous improvement across the department. This role is ideal for a collaborative leader who enjoys developing people, improving processes, leveraging data, and building scalable operations that deliver outstanding service. Key Responsibilities Lead Claims Operations Provide strategic leadership for Claims Administration, Compliance, Quality Assurance, and Training while developing high-performing teams, improving operational processes, and ensuring consistent service across the Claims organization. Ensure Compliance & Quality Oversee regulatory compliance, quality assurance programs, file reviews, audits, and reporting to ensure claims operations meet company standards and state regulatory requirements while minimizing operational risk. Develop People & Processes Lead onboarding, technical training, and professional development programs while identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and strengthen operational performance. Drive Performance Monitor key operational metrics, service levels, and quality indicators to support informed decision-making, continuous improvement, and exceptional customer service. Partner Across the Business Collaborate with Claims leadership, Legal, Finance, Underwriting, IT, and executive leaders to support regulatory readiness, catastrophe response, new product launches, and other strategic initiatives.
