Overview:
Good Shepherd Hospice is seeking a Director of Clinical Informaticsfor our Corporate office in Oklahoma City, OK.
Responsibilities:
This role will provide end-user support, and ensure system reliability, regulatory compliance, and alignment with clinical and revenue cycle workflows to support high-quality end-of-life care. The administrator partners with clinical leadership and executive stakeholders to drive operational efficiency, data integrity, and strategic system enhancements that improve patient outcomes, staff productivity, and organizational performance in a highly regulated hospice environment.

Qualifications:
Education:Bachelor's Degree inNursing, Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, HealthInformation Management, ora relatedhealthcare or technologyfield. Master’s Degree preferred.
Experience:
7years ofprogressive healthcare experience in hospice, home health, clinical operations, healthcare technology, or clinical informatics
5 years of leadership experience in healthcare informatics, clinical systems administration, or healthcare technology management.
3years of hands-on experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) strongly preferred
Demonstrated experience leading clinical system implementations, upgrades, optimization initiatives, and change management programs.
