This leader partners across UC Health, UC Physicians Company, and the UC College of Medicine to support safe, high-quality, efficient, and patient-centered operations.

The Director oversees managers, supervisors, and professional staff across assigned programs and is accountable for operational performance, quality, safety, regulatory compliance, productivity, and financial stewardship. The Director collaborates across UC Health, UC Physicians Company, and the UC College of Medicine and provides 24/7 oversight for assigned operations.
