Director of Clinical Operations Description

Our client is a well-established and fast-growing Home Health organization. They have a current opening for a Director of Clinical Operations for their Greater Detroit, Michigan location.  Medicare Home Health leadership experience as a registered nurse is required. This person will manage day-to-day clinical operations for home and community-based home health care. Relocation candidates welcome to apply.

Director of Clinical Operations Requirements

• 4-5 years of home health experience is ideal.
• Registered Nurse is required.
• Excellent understanding of Medicare regulations and COP’s.

 
Director of Clinical Operations Job Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations for the branch.
• Oversight of directly reporting clinicians and non-clinicians.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
• Work with business development team to grow census.
