Leora is currently recruiting an experienced clinician for the leadership role of Director of Clinical Services for our outpatient SUD treatment center.

Leora’s Mission is to provide an intensive and immersive journey for sustained recovery and mental health delivered in an outpatient setting and offering a full array of treatment options.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education:

• Licensure: LISW, LPCC, LPC, LSW * Required

Experience:

• At least two years previous experience in a Behavioral Health setting, and at least one year previous experience in group counseling.
• Preferred experience working with substance use disorders and co-occuring severe and persistent mental illness and trauma.

License:

• Current unencumbered State license in the State of employment

Additional Requirements:

• CPR and Handle with Care (HWC) within 30 days of employment.
• May be required to work flexible hours and overtime.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure that all operations and programming in the facility operate efficiently and professionally while providing a high standard of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure programs are compliant with all laws, rules, and regulations of federal and state licensing agencies, as well as CARF standards for quality care.
• Monitor care coordination and quality of care to identify areas for improvement.
• Oversee work performance of all facility staff.
• Be familiar with all marketing efforts and budgetary items.
• Ensure clinical documentation is current and accurate and meets all regulatory requirements
• Overall coordination of school, work, or case management information for clients.
