This is achieved by allocating the resources to increase our staff to patient ratios, thereby increasing clinical visits while lowering clinician caseloads.     Details
    The Director of Clinical Services works to provide overall direction to the hospice clinical team. They are responsible for hiring qualified hospice personnel: the provision of hospice services, directly, and the delegation to and coordination of hospice personnel evaluations; and establishing standards of care to comply with federal and state regulations and guide­lines. The duties include but are not limited to:
    • Implement policies, procedures, and best practices for operations.
    • Review and monitor sales and service performances
    • Support, build, and sustain a diverse team of talent who successfully and consistently deliver on objectives and goals.
    • A dynamic leader who sets a high bar and inspires others to reach it.
    • Ability to communicate clearly, establish and maintain effective relationships with team members to solve problems in an educational and cooperative manner.
    Qualifications
    • A strong leader with impeccable organizational, strategic, analytical and project management skills.
    • A solid communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven ability to motivate, mentor, and influence others.
    • 5 years in the healthcare industry preferred
    • 2 years of experience working in Leadership
    • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure (in good standing) in the state(s) of practice with
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree preferred
