Are you an experienced healthcare leader with a passion for senior care and team development? Vitality Living is seeking a Director of Clinical Services to lead our clinical team and ensure exceptional care for our residents.

In this leadership role, you will oversee clinical operations, support and mentor nursing staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote a culture of excellence in resident care and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for clinical operations.
• Ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop nursing and clinical staff.
• Collaborate with department leaders to support quality outcomes.
• Manage staffing, clinical performance, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, employees, providers, and community partners.
• Maintain survey readiness and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous Director of Clinical Services, Director of Nursing, or comparable healthcare leadership experience preferred.
• Must hold a current Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) license or be willing and eligible to obtain LALD licensure.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of assisted living regulations and healthcare operations.
• Ability to lead teams while maintaining a resident-centered approach to care.
