Job Summary:
The Director of Co-Curricular Programs leads the School of Business Administration's growing financial literacy initiative and oversees the school's portfolio of co-curricular badge credentials. As the first and primary initiative, the Director builds out a stable of foundational personal finance courses, brings high-profile financial literacy speakers and events to campus, and develops the financial literacy badge as a university-wide credential open to students in every school and college. The role combines classroom teaching, program management, event production, and credential design.

• MBA from an accredited institution
• Strong organizational and project management ability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Relevant industry experience in financial services, financial planning, banking, wealth management, or a related field
• Demonstrated effectiveness in classroom instruction
• Prior experience designing or managing co-curricular or credential programs
• Established network of industry professionals available to serve as speakers
• Experience with event planning and promotion
