Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Community Day Services to lead our Charleston day program operations. This individual will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day programming, staff management, community engagement, transportation coordination, and compliance with regulatory standards - all while fostering a positive, respectful environment for the individuals we support. This is a leadership opportunity for someone who is passionate, professional, and driven to make a difference. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of engaging and meaningful day programming.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of managers and direct support professionals.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels and effective scheduling to meet program needs.
• Coordinate transportation logistics to ensure safe and timely access to programs.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations.
• Promote a culture of respect, inclusion, and responsibility.
• Foster relationships with families, guardians, and community partners to enhance programming and collaboration.
• Utilize data and feedback to evaluate program effectiveness and make informed decisions.
