We are now hiring a strategic leader to serve as the Director of Employment Supports for Arizona. The Director of Employment Services reports to the State Director and provides leadership and oversight for the organization's Traditional Supported Employment and Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) programs. This role supports youth and adults with significant disabilities in achieving competitive integrated employment through high-quality, person-centered services. The Director ensures program excellence, regulatory compliance, strong community partnerships, and positive employment outcomes. *This position will be based out of Phoenix, but requires weekly travel to our Tucson office
Starting Salary: $65,000
