Principle Automotive is seeking an experienced Director of Construction & Facilities to lead our growing portfolio of dealership construction, facility maintenance, and capital improvement initiatives.
This highly visible leadership position is responsible for managing multiple concurrent construction projects while overseeing the ongoing maintenance, safety, and operational readiness of our dealership facilities. Working closely with the CEO, COO, Executive Leadership Team, General Managers, architects, engineers, contractors, OEM partners, and vendors, you will help shape the future of one of the fastest-growing privately held automotive groups in the country.

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field preferred.
Minimum 5 years of commercial construction or facilities management leadership experience.
Experience managing multiple concurrent construction projects.
Strong leadership experience supervising employees, contractors, and vendors.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with demonstrated experience in:
Budget development
Financial forecasting
Capital planning
Cost analysis
Project tracking
Reporting dashboards
Strong financial and analytical abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Outstanding organizational and project management abilities.
Ability to travel between dealership locations as needed.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Ability to successfully pass background and drug screening.
