Director of Construction

Director of Construction – Residential Construction  

gpac is partnered with a top residential construction company who's looking to add a Director of Construction to their team. This role will work closely with project managers and field teams to deliver projects efficiently and to company standards.

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee multiple residential projects from start to finish.
• Lead and mentor a team of project managers and superintendents.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and ensure safety and compliance.
• Build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s in Construction Management or related field (preferred).
• Strong track record in residential construction leadership.
• Experience with high volume construction builds.
• Proficient in construction software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend).
