Job Details

10+ years of construction experience with progression into senior leadership roles
Proven experience managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
Strong background in multifamily, affordable housing, or commercial construction
Experience overseeing project managers, superintendents, and field teams
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and overall project performance
Expertise in preconstruction, estimating, and value engineering
Experience working within a developer-builder or integrated delivery model
Strong knowledge of construction contracts, risk management, and compliance
Ability to lead and scale construction operations across multiple markets
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
