Job Description
- Lead all estimating and preconstruction activities across multiple project types
- Manage and mentor a team of 5 estimators supporting vertical and civil work
- Partner with executive leadership on project strategy and risk assessment
- Oversee budgeting, cost planning, and value engineering initiatives
- Support delivery of retail, warehouse, and commercial development projects

The Successful Applicant
A successful Director of Construction should have:
- 10+ years of construction, preconstruction, or estimating leadership experience
- Strong retail construction background required
- Experience with developers, general contractors, or integrated construction groups
- Proven leadership managing estimating or preconstruction teams
- Ability to operate in a highly confidential executive-level environment
