My client is a leading general contractor in Phoenix focusing on large commercial and mixed-use developments. We are currently seeking a Director of Construction to oversee all construction operations and help grow the company further! If you are looking for a great long-term opportunity, please apply.

Main Responsibilities:

• Engaged during pursuit, this leader shapes delivery strategy, supports estimate and contract reviews, establishes the program baseline before mobilization, and remains accountable through execution and closeout
• Be the program's single point of accountability for safety, financial performance, schedule, customer outcomes, and team effectiveness
• Lead delivery strategy from pursuit through closeout, including estimate and contract reviews, baseline development, mobilization readiness, execution, commissioning and start-up, and lessons learned

Job Details

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience working for a general contractor in a Sr. position
Commercial and multifamily project experience
Strong preconstruction background
Ability to work in Phoenix daily
