POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Corporate Compliance Officer, the Director of Corporate Compliance supports the organization to ensure adherence to external laws and regulations as well as internal policies and ethical standards. This role is vital for protecting the company from legal penalties, financial loss, and reputational damage. This position has the authority to review all documents and information that are relevant to compliance activities, including but not limited to medical records, billing records, documents concerning the marketing efforts and arrangements with other health care providers, including physicians and independent contractors.
