The Director of Creative Services leads the vision, strategy and execution of the organizations creative function, ensuring all brand expressions are compelling, consistent and aligned with organizational priorities. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, this role oversees a multidisciplinary creative team and drives the development of high-impact campaigns, content and experiences that elevate the brand, support growth and deepen engagement with patients, families, team members and communities.

This leader combines strategic thinking with strong creative instincts and operational excellence, translating complex healthcare priorities into clear, meaningful and emotionally resonant storytelling.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the creative vision in alignment with brand and marketing strategy.
  • Translate organizational priorities into integrated campaigns and creative platforms.
  • Lead and develop a multidisciplinary creative team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
  • Oversee development and execution of campaigns across digital, social, video, print, and experiential channels.
  • Ensure consistent brand expression across all messaging, visual identity, and content.
  • Serve as brand steward, maintaining and evolving brand standards and guidelines.
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, communications, digital, clinical, and operational teams.
  • Manage creative workflows, resource allocation, vendors, and budgets for efficient delivery.
  • Establish metrics to evaluate creative performance and use insights to improve outcomes.
  • Stay current on creative trends and emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field required

Masters degree preferred

  • 10+ years in creative services, marketing, or advertising
  • 5+ years in leadership roles
  • Healthcare, pediatric, or mission-driven experience preferred
