Demonstrating leadership in school improvement, program development and curriculum integration, grant integration, instruction, and application of technology across the curriculum. Evaluate and provide leadership for the overall instructional program of the district. Minimum Qualifications:Hold a valid NJDOE issued School Administrator or Principal Certificate, Standard preferred.Hold a Master's Degree or higher from an accredited college or university.Have at least five years of successful administration experience in public schoolsKnowledge of curriculum and instruction.Knowledge of state assessment requirementsAbility to evaluate instructional programs and teaching effectivenessAbility to manage budget and personnelAbility to implement policy and proceduresAbility to interpret dataStrong communication, public relations, and interpersonal skillsHave experience in curriculum writingMust have educational technology experience Terms:Salary, benefits and leave time as negotiated12-month position; Ability to work on site during the hours required (some evenings)Reports to the SuperintendentOnly candidates of interest will be contacted for an interview.
