This is a zero-to-one opportunity to build a customer advocacy engine from the ground up at a fast-growing healthcare AI company. Sitting at the intersection of marketing, customer success, and go-to-market, you will turn customer outcomes into compelling proof points that accelerate pipeline and deepen market trust. If you love building from scratch and thrive in high-growth environments, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
Build a Customer Advisory Board (CAB) from scratch, including recruiting members, designing the charter, and scheduling the first engagements.
Stand up a customer reference program and evidence production cadence, shipping case studies, testimonials, and video content on a predictable schedule.
Create and manage a customer speaker bureau, identifying, preparing, and placing customers at flagship events, webinars, and press opportunities.
Embed customer proof points across all go-to-market motions, including the website, sales collateral, ABM campaigns, and executive communications.
Build a reporting framework to track advocacy program impact on pipeline, references delivered, stories shipped, and community engagement.
What We're Looking For
7+ years of experience in customer marketing, customer advocacy, or closely related roles with a proven track record building programs from scratch.
Demonstrated experience building a CAB from zero, including a documented member recruitment playbook and charter design.
Hands-on experience standing up customer reference programs and producing evidence assets on a consistent cadence.
Experience creating and managing a speaker bureau, with a track record of placing customers at high-profile external engagements.
Strong ability to embed customer proof points across GTM motions and collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and executive teams.
Healthcare or healthtech industry experience, or deep familiarity working with healthcare system executives.
B2B enterprise background; experience at well-funded, high-growth startups or companies in vertical SaaS or regulated industries is a strong plus.
Proficiency with CRM platforms (such as Salesforce), marketing automation, and content management systems; familiarity with AI/ML tools is a plus.
Excellent storytelling and public speaking skills, with the ability to coach customers for external engagements.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
