About the role

We are hiring a Director of Customer Success to build our CS function 0-to-1 across a consumer and professional user base.

What you'll do

• Design the CS motion from scratch: onboarding, activation, retention, automation vs high-touch.
• Own stickiness and activation metrics (NRR, GRR) and the systems behind them.
• Partner across product and sales; lead as a hands-on player-coach.

What we're looking for

• Built CS 0-to-1, enterprise/B2B high-touch with consumer overlap.
• Ownership of retention and activation metrics with real outcomes.
• Earlier-career energy over big-enterprise process.
