    TITLE: Director of Dealer Services - Arivo

    REPORTS TO: CEO

    FLSA STATUS: Exempt

    POSITION SUMMARY:  VP - Dealer Support oversees the internal Dealer Support team while maintaining and growing an assigned market. In addition, VP - Dealer Support develops and maintains excellent working relationships with dealers, external reps, and internal Arivo team.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Manage Dealer Support team

    • Maintain and grow assigned market

    • Train dealers on program and tools

    • Resource for external Dealer Support team

    • Follow up on product, titles, recourse, and charge backs.

    • Onboard new dealerships

    • Other duties as assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, communications, or related field

    • Experience working in a sales position

    • 2-5 years of management experience

    • Excellent verbal and written communication ability

    • Ability to de-escalate situations

    • Professional demeanor 

    • 2-5 years’ management or supervisory experience

    • Experience in the automotive and/or auto finance industry helpful
