Job Overview:
Pay Range: $95hr - $100hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- 20+ years of overall IT delivery experience, with at least 3+ years at a Director level within top-tier IT consulting, professional services, or global digital engineering firms.
- Deep, direct experience leading digital engineering and transformation programs for major global Retail / Omni-Channel / E-Commerce brands.
- Proven track record managing $15M+ annual portfolio P&L with direct ownership of margins, forecasting, and commercial growth.
- Strong background in digital transformation and led complex transformation engagements, modern data architecture, legacy system modernization, and agile delivery frameworks.
- Demonstrated success directing enterprise delivery through large-scale, offshore delivery centers (100+ FTEs).
- San Jose, CA-based with the ability to be on-site at the customer office at least 2 3 days per week during critical delivery milestones.
- Thrives in a high-intensity, high-availability consulting culture with the flexibility to manage multi-timezone offshore dependencies and critical client deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary, trusted delivery partner for VP and C-level retail client stakeholders.
- Confidently handle high-pressure executive steering committees, complex trade-offs, and critical escalations with crisp, pragmatic problem-solving.
- Partner with Sales and Client Services to drive account expansion, proactively identifying new digital engineering opportunities to meet aggressive revenue targets.
- Full accountability for multi-million dollar program P&L, gross margins, delivery revenue recognition, and commercial risk management.
- Proactively track, forecast, and optimize account financials, team utilization, and resource allocations.
- Drive complex, end-to-end digital transformation programs, including large-scale execution of enterprise-scale Data dashboards.
- Orchestrate cross-functional delivery streams, managing dependencies, proactive risk mitigation, and pilot-to-scale rollouts across large global teams.
- Oversee high-performing, multi-location onshore/offshore delivery models.
