Responsibilities

This opportunity may be based out of other Reyes Beverage Group locations.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strategic demand and supply plan for the supply chain team to execute against
  • Manage against specific goals for inventory days on hand, customer service levels, forecast accuracy, inventory waste and employee engagement
  • Work proactively with our suppliers to maximize inventory effectiveness and reduce waste
  • Develop recommendations for capital, operating, and staffing budgets. Manage the Demand & Purchase Planning budget to ensure achievement of company targets and efficient allocation of resources
  • Lead the team through effective hiring, orienting, training, mentoring, and coaching activities. Develop a staffing plan that meets organization and customer expectations while also considering financial constraints
  • Enforce key performance indicators within the team to manage the effectiveness of the Demand and Supply Planning process. Examples include mean average percentage error (MAPE) for the demand forecast, inventory days on hand (DOH), and customer out-of-stock rate
  • Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor''s Degree with 10 plus years of related experience and 6 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 13 plus years of specific experience and 8 plus years of leadership experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Master's Degree
