Responsibilities: of the Director of Developer Experience (DevEx): • Lead the enterprise Developer Experience strategy, driving modernization initiatives that improve engineering productivity and software delivery performance. • Establish and track KPIs such as deployment frequency, lead time for changes, developer satisfaction, platform adoption, and operational efficiency. • Build and scale internal developer platforms, self-service capabilities, CI/CD standards, and cloud-native engineering practices. • Partner with engineering, architecture, security, and finance leaders to strengthen governance, compliance, and cost management initiatives. • Drive continuous improvement programs that reduce technical debt, streamline developer workflows, and accelerate product delivery. Qualifications: of the Director of Developer Experience (DevEx): • 10+ years of technology leadership experience with a strong focus on Developer Experience, platform engineering, cloud transformation, or application modernization. • Demonstrated success delivering measurable improvements in engineering productivity, deployment velocity, platform adoption, and operational efficiency. • Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and developer tooling ecosystems. • Experience establishing governance frameworks, engineering standards, and cost optimization programs across large technology organizations. • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
