This role manages major donor, corporate, and foundation relationships, and oversees the daily operations of the development function.Working closely with the Chief Community Impact & Partnership Officer, the Director translates strategy into action, ensuring strong pipeline development, disciplined moves management, and achievement of revenue goals. Occasional evening and weekend hours required to support donor events.Your impact:Manage a portfolio of individual donors ($20K–$100K+)Own corporate partnerships ($75K+) and top-tier foundation relationshipsCultivate, solicit, and steward donors to secure new and renewed supportSecure multi-year commitments and drive revenue growthLead daily execution of all fundraising activitiesEnsure alignment of portfolios, outreach strategies, and goalsDrive accountability for revenue performanceImplement annual fundraising plans and revenue modelsMaintain accurate forecasting and pipeline trackingEnsure disciplined use of CRM (AudienceView) for moves managementAnalyze performance data and adjust strategies as neededBuild structured pathways from membership to major givingPartner with Giving Manager to identify and transition upgrade candidatesLead acquisition efforts for new donors and corporate partnersCorporate & Foundation Relations Manage corporate and foundation pipelines, proposals, and reportingAlign funding opportunities with organizational prioritiesLeverage board and leadership networks for growthDirectly supervise development and partnership staffEnsure alignment, accountability, and performance across all rolesWho We Are:For 33 years, Blumenthal Arts has been presenting the best of Broadway which has established us as a top-ten touring market.
