What your future day will look like:

• Lead and manage a comprehensive fundraising program designed to support organizational growth and long-term financial sustainability.
• Work closely with executive leadership, board members, and community partners to identify, cultivate, and secure new funding opportunities.
• Develop and execute annual fundraising campaigns while overseeing donor stewardship, prospect management, and revenue tracking efforts.
• Secure support through corporate partnerships, grant funding, major gifts, and other philanthropic initiatives that align with organizational goals.
• Manage special initiatives, stakeholder engagement activities, and communication efforts that support revenue generation objectives.
• Provide leadership to development staff, contractors, volunteers, and fundraising programs while maintaining reporting, planning, and operational accountability.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of fundraising, development, advancement, or related nonprofit leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success securing major gifts, sponsorships, grants, and annual fundraising revenue goals.
• Strong experience developing and implementing fundraising strategies, donor cultivation efforts, and revenue growth initiatives.
