Lead the development and execution of the annual fundraising plan, shaping revenue strategy and guiding organizational priorities
Cultivate, solicit, and manage a portfolio of major donors, corporate partners, and foundations
Direct all grant activity, including identification, cultivation, proposal development, compliance, and reporting
Strengthen donor stewardship efforts through meaningful communication, impact reporting, and executive level partnership
Nonprofit fundraising experience with a track record of securing corporate and major gifts and managing a broad portfolio.
Passion to further expand budgets to provide more career training opportunities. Hands on approach that is strategic and tactical.
Proven Leaders that has kick started a new Development group or sector successfully
Proficiency with donor management systems -Virtuous Giving preferred
Demonstrated success in donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelors degree required
Reside in San Antonio, TX or be willing to relocate
Experience scaling a development team or department
CFRE or advanced degree
