provides leadership for all campaign, major gifts, and related development program priorities, working in concert with the President of the Foundation, the Foundation Board of Directors, and the development staff.
performs duties of a principal gift fundraiser, including cultivating donor relationships, soliciting gifts, and ensuring stewardship.
works with development staff, Foundation, Reading Hospital and Tower Health Boards and assists the Foundation in building and maintaining momentum and focus for all who are engaged in fundraising efforts.
develops prospect strategies with Reading Hospital leadership and senior development staff that are effective and aligned with Reading Hospital’s vision and mission, and ensures such strategies and systems are implemented.
develops relationships with an ever-expanding network of philanthropic partners.
creates a positive work environment that values professional development and promotes teamwork.

4 year Bachelor's Degree - OR - combination of relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's Degree
