The Director of Digital Marketing is a senior, in-office leadership role responsible for building and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that advances the mission and growth of Bride Ministries International. The position will execute strategic marketing initiatives for the Bride Ministries Church, Bride Ministries Institute, Bride Ministries Live Events, and Bride Ministries Coaching Company.This role oversees content marketing, social media marketing and management, email marketing, and audience growth, working closely with executive leadership and staff to finalize priorities. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, thrives in a collaborative office environment, and is passionate about leveraging digital platforms to reach people, disciple believers, and expand ministry impact. The ideal candidate should be a well-seasoned leader, who can recruit, hire and manage a team that will eventually support the Bride Ministries International marketing efforts globally.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing Strategy & LeadershipDevelop and execute an integrated digital marketing strategy aligned with organizational vision, mission, and growth goalsLead and manage all digital marketing efforts across multiple brands and initiatives (church, institute, live events, coaching programs)Collaborate in person with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to support launches, campaigns, and strategic initiativesBuild, lead, and mentor an in‑house digital marketing team and manage external vendors or contractors as neededContent MarketingOversee the planning, creation, and distribution of high‑quality, mission‑aligned content (written, video, audio, and visual)Ensure content supports teaching, discipleship, thought leadership, and conversion goalsManage editorial calendars aligned with sermon series, academic terms, conferences, and coaching launchesMaintain brand voice, theological integrity, and consistency across all platformsSocial Media Marketing & ManagementDevelop and execute social media strategies to grow reach, engagement, and community across platformsOversee daily, in‑office social media operations including content creation, scheduling, publishing, and moderationGuide strategy for short‑form video, livestreams, reels, and storiesMonitor platform trends and adjust strategy to maximize effectivenessFoster a healthy, Christ‑centered online presence and communityEmail Marketing & AutomationLead all email marketing strategy including newsletters, promotional campaigns, and automated nurture sequencesSegment audiences (church members, students, event attendees, coaching clients) for personalized communicationOptimize performance through testing, analytics, and ongoing refinementEnsure compliance with email marketing best practices and data standardsEvents, Institute & Coaching GrowthDrive digital campaigns that support conference attendance, course enrollment, certifications, and coaching programsCollaborate on‑site with events, education, and coaching teams to ensure seamless audience journeysSupport registration, ticket sales, enrollment, and retention through optimized digital funnelsAnalytics, Reporting & OptimizationTrack, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)Use data insights to improve strategy, messaging, and performanceOversee marketing tools and platforms including CRM, email systems, analytics, and social media management toolsQualificationsRequired5–8+ years of digital marketing experience with demonstrated leadership responsibilityProven expertise in content marketing, social media marketing and management, and email marketingStrong understanding of audience growth, digital funnels, and engagement strategiesExperience managing multiple initiatives or brands simultaneouslyExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsAbility and willingness to work on‑site in Katy, TexasAlignment with Bride Ministries faith statement, mission, and valuesPreferredExperience in ministry, church, nonprofit, education, or faith‑based organizationsExperience marketing live events, online courses, institutes, or coaching programsFamiliarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platformsPersonal & Spiritual QualificationsA committed Christian whose lifestyle and leadership reflect biblical valuesPassion for ministry, discipleship, and reaching people through digital platformsServant‑hearted leader who thrives in a collaborative, in‑office environmentEmployment InformationFull‑time, in‑office position in Katy, TexasFast‑paced, collaborative ministry settingOccasional extended hours during major events, launches, or conferencesCompetitive salary based on experienceBenefits package may include health coverage, ministry benefits, event access, and professional development opportunities#J-18808-Ljbffr
