Position Title: DIRECTOR OF DINING SERVICES - LIBERTY, NC

Salary: $65000 - $75000 / yr

As Director of Dining Services, you'll be the driving force behind exceptional food, exceptional service, and exceptional results.

This role is for someone who thrives on ownership: you'll lead people, manage the numbers, and set the standard for hospitality excellence across every facet of the operation. What You'll Do

• Lead and manage a team of 8-12 front of house / back of house associates
• Oversee the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the account
• Interview, hire, train, and develop associates - planning and assigning work, appraising performance, and resolving concerns with fairness and consistency
• Prepare and manage the annual budget with a sharp eye on cost-effective, efficient operations
• Utilize company systems to complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including inventory, cash reports, production records, and payroll/timekeeping
• Oversee and actively participate in food and beverage preparation and service, ensuring adherence to company standards for quality, presentation, sanitation, and safety (HACCP and OSHA compliant), along with portion control
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed, bringing energy and flexibility to a dynamic operation

What You Bring

• 5+ yars of direct foodservice operational management experience, with strong inventory and purchasing knowledge
• Deep knowledge of food and catering trends, with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation
• P&L accountability or contract-managed services experience preferred
• Strong supervisory, leadership, and coaching skills that inspire teams to do their best work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect across management, client, customer, and associate levels
• Strong financial, budgetary, accounting, and computational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer/email skills
• ServSafe Certified
