Our client, a premier senior living community in the Memphis area, is seeking an experienced Director of Dining to lead its culinary and hospitality operations. This leader will oversee all aspects of the dining program, creating exceptional dining experiences while maintaining high standards for quality, service, resident satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
• Lead all dining operations, including culinary services, front-of-house hospitality, purchasing, staffing, and budgeting.
• Create a restaurant-style dining experience that emphasizes hospitality, quality, and resident satisfaction.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing dining services team.
