As Motion & Flow Control Products, Inc. (MFCP) continues our path of continual and sustainable growth, we are excited to increase our focus on driving efficiency and automation through our internal supply chain and fulfilment activities. In support of this key corporate initiative, MFCP is in the process of standing up a centralized distribution center in Littleton CO that will act as the primary distribution center for roughly half of the company's Branch network. This distribution center will be equipped with state-of-the-art warehouse automation technologies. MFCP has a future goal of opening a second distribution center along the west coast to further consolidate the internal supply chain network and drive additional value in the business.
Position Summary:
The Director of Distribution provides strategic and operational leadership for MFCP's distribution network, including the start-up and operation of the Littleton, Colorado facility and future consolidated distribution centers. This role owns distribution center performance, transportation and logistics execution, inventory integrity, and fulfillment effectiveness to support business growth, customer service, safety, quality, and cost objectives. Operating at the M4 - Director level, the position leads through managers and staff, owns departmental budget and performance goals, and partners cross-functionally to implement strategic plans, improve operating methods, and ensure distribution capabilities align with long-term organizational priorities.
