Role Overview:
The Donated Goods social enterprise provides a major source of sustainable revenue for EFMN, directly fueling our mission and programs.The Director of Donated Goods Operationsdrives the overall performance, strategy, and continuous improvement and is responsible for delivering strong financial results, ensuring efficient and reliable operations, and fostering an exceptional donor experience. The role also identifies and advances opportunities for business growth, operational innovation, and expansion – promoting long-term success and maximum mission impact.
