North Ridge is a premier skilled nursing campus with 320 beds, including Long-Term Care, Transitional Care, Memory Care, Assisted Living, and an on-site DaVita Hemodialysis Center. We also offer an On-Site Child Daycare Center serving children from 6 weeks through preschool.
This leadership position offers a competitive salary of $93,000-$97,000 annually, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

About the Role
The Director of Learning & Leadership provides strategic leadership for employee onboarding, workforce development, education, and leadership development across the North Ridge campus. Working alongside campus leadership and Mission Health's Learning & Leadership team, you'll help build a culture focused on employee engagement, regulatory readiness, continuous learning, and quality resident care.
Responsibilities
Lead Mission Health's immersive employee onboarding program.
Coordinate orientation, education, leadership development, and competency validation.
Monitor Relias compliance and required education.
Coordinate annual training and CPR education.
Partner with department leaders to support workforce development.
Participate in QAPI, survey readiness, and performance improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Required
Current Minnesota RN license
Three or more years of leadership experience in long-term care, assisted living, post-acute care, or healthcare
Experience in staff development, education, or workforce development
Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Preferred
CPR Instructor certification (or ability to obtain)
Experience with Relias, onboarding, competency validation, and survey readiness
