Job Description
A hospital in Lake Havasu City, AZ is seeking a Director of Emergency Services (RN) for a mid-level leadership position. This role oversees the operational and clinical functions of the Emergency Department within a hospital setting.
The role. The Director of Emergency Services is responsible for leading and managing emergency department nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of safe and effective patient care. This position requires hands-on oversight of ED operations combined with strategic leadership, policy development, and ongoing quality improvement efforts. The director works on-site and serves as a key clinical and administrative leader within the emergency services division.
What we're looking for.
- Current Arizona RN license or Compact RN License with Arizona endorsement
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing school
- BCLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and Handle with Care certifications
- Emergency Department nursing experience and proven leadership experience in the Emergency Department
- Preferred: Master's degree in nursing or a relevant field

Compensation. $111,000 - $150,000 per year
