The Director of Employee Relations will plan and manage Boston University''s employee relations programs, services, initiatives, including supporting the University''s Employee and Labor Relations Directorate. Will work to support the University''s commitment to maintaining a positive, productive, supportive workplace for all employees. The Director of Employee Relations will provide support to the Assistant Vice President for Employee and Labor Relations, as well as provide employee relations guidance to managers and other leaders, as well as to Human Resources. The Director of Employee Relations will provide leadership on the development and application of Human Resources policies, the development and growth of AI in the ER space, as well as providing support on the administration of collective bargaining agreements, University policies and procedures, and compliance with applicable employment and labor laws and regulations.
