Where you fit: We are seeking a Director of Engineering who leads from the front - a hands-on, full-stack technical leader who can set engineering strategy, manage and mentor teams, and still roll up their sleeves to write production code across the entire stack. This is a player-coach role: you will directly manage engineering staff, indirectly influence technical members across the organization, and contribute as a full-stack individual contributor on our most critical initiatives.You will champion a security-first and AI-first engineering culture, guide our adoption of agentic engineering practices, and ensure our teams deliver clean, maintainable, well-architected software that delights customers.This position is full-time and 100% remote.
