A bit about us:

We're a growing manufacturer of hydraulic components and systems, including PTOs, pumps, cylinders, valves, manifolds, and motors, serving the truck, construction, agricultural, industrial, and mobile equipment markets. As we scale our engineering function, we're building out the structure, standards, and processes to support a growing team of engineers.

Why join us?

This is a rare hands-on leadership opportunity. You'll personally own core hydraulic product development work (CAD modeling, circuit design, testing, root-cause troubleshooting) while also setting technical direction and building out the engineering team from the ground up. If you want to stay close to the technical work while shaping how an engineering function scales, this is the seat.
