Know your Right to Work. Job Description We seek a Director of Engineering with a highway or bridge background to join our growing Western NY operations within our Rochester, NY, office. The Director will oversee the WNY Engineering Department, including providing services to key clients for highways, bridges, and facilities outside of Buffalo and Rochester. We work in a collaborative and team-oriented environment on various transportation projects for federal, state, local, and private clients. We want to grow our management team with individuals who possess a strong work ethic and a desire to grow and mentor the next generation.
