Director of Engineering

Job Description:

• 
  
• Lead, mentor and manage a team of developers,
  machine learning engineers,  and QA engineers to build
  EverString predictive analytics applications.
• 
  
• Drive technical projects and provide leadership in
  an innovative and fast-paced environment.
• 
  
• Attract top talent, motivate engineers, instill
  accountability and get the best out of people.
• 
  
• Take responsibility for the overall planning,
  execution and success of complex technical projects.
• 
  
• Ensure team delivers with high quality and
  predictability.
• 
  
• Manage collaboration with cross-functional
  engineering teams to streamline engineering and improve adoption of the
  product.
• 
  
• Work closely with product management team to ensure
  we're building the best products.
• 
  

Requirements:

• 
  
• 5+ years of SaaS product development
  experience.
• 
  
• 3+ years of hands-on technical leadership and
  people management experience (managing teams of 8 or more
  engineers).
• 
  
• Strong foundation in computer science, with strong
  competencies in data structures, algorithms and software design/
  architecture.
• 
  
• Experience with marketing and sales automation
  software such as Marketo, Salesforce, Pardot, and Eloqua is a
  plus.
• 
  
• Proven track record of delivering successfully
  within aggressive timelines.
• 
  
• Excellent organizational and analytical
  skills.
• 
  
• BS in Computer Science.
