Director of Enterprise Sales Location: North Jersey Salary: $200K+ | Full-Time
A leading manufacturer of commercial furniture is seeking an experienced Director of Enterprise Sales to manage and expand relationships with large national accounts and strategic enterprise partners. This is a high-level sales role focused on growing existing corporate accounts while identifying new enterprise opportunities across North America.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing major retail, distribution, or corporate accounts and a proven track record of driving long-term revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Grow and manage existing enterprise and national accounts
Develop relationships with key decision-makers at large organizations
Identify and secure new strategic partnerships and distribution opportunities
Negotiate contracts, pricing programs, and business agreements
Expand product placement within existing accounts
Develop sales strategies based on market trends and account performance
Partner with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and execution
Maintain a strong pipeline and achieve revenue growth objectives
Qualifications:
5+ years of enterprise sales, national account management, or business development experience
Proven success managing and growing large corporate or strategic accounts
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Strategic mindset with the ability to identify new growth opportunities
Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
