Wilson College is seeking an energetic, innovative, and student-focused professional to serve as our next Director of Esports. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and grow a competitive collegiate Esports program while making a meaningful impact on student success, leadership development, and campus engagement.
The Director of Esports provides strategic leadership for all aspects of the College's Esports program, including coaching, recruitment, program administration, student development, facility oversight, and conference participation. The successful candidate will build a culture of competitive excellence, academic achievement, sportsmanship, and belonging while supporting Wilson College's mission of developing future leaders.
