Director of Facilities Location: Multi-Site | 5-County Service AreaSchedule: Full-Time - Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:00pm | On-Call Rotation RequiredSalary - Exempt - $68,120 - $73, 112.00Job SummaryThe Director of Facilities is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and coordination of maintenance, custodial, and facility operations across all properties owned or operated by Community Counseling Center (CCC) within its five-county service area. You'll play a critical role in ensuring all sites are safe, well-maintained, and aligned with regulatory and accreditation standards, while also supporting long-term planning and cost-effective operations.What You'll DoHire, train, supervise, and evaluate maintenance and custodial staffProvide leadership and direction to the Maintenance Team Lead and crew regarding priorities and daily operationsHold team members accountable for performance, including coaching, corrective action, and termination recommendations when necessaryCoordinate all maintenance and custodial services performed by internal staff and external vendorsDevelop and implement organization-wide maintenance and custodial plansCreate and manage staff schedules and task assignmentsOversee work order systems to ensure timely completion and accurate documentationRespond to or coordinate response for maintenance emergencies and repairsParticipate in and support an on-call rotation for facility needsEnsure proper handling, storage, and compliance related to chemicals and hazardous materialsConduct routine internal and external facility inspectionsEnsure all required external inspections (e.g., fire marshal, insurance, extinguishers) are completed timelyDevelop and maintain tracking systems (e.g., Excel) for maintenance activities, inspections, and complianceAnalyze facility data to identify trends, forecast needs, and improve efficiencyPartner with leadership to assess facility needs, risks, and improvement opportunities across sitesEnsure compliance with OSHA, CMS, CARF, and state/local regulationsMaintain accurate, audit-ready documentation for all facility-related activitiesManage vendor relationships, including performance evaluation and contract complianceOversee purchasing and assist with accounts payable processesCollaborate with CFO to develop and manage facility budgets and identify cost-saving opportunitiesSupport inventory management and lifecycle planning for facility assets and equipmentPerform maintenance and custodial duties as neededCommunity Counseling Center is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law.CCC will consider requests for reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
